↵MAGNESITE ORE
The mining of raw magnesite is mechanized combining with
operation of down hole drills, electric shovels, and heavy-duty
tippers. The annual capacity of mining and stripping is more than
6 million tons. Magnesite ores up to grade, after being crushed,
screened, and selected according to different specifications
required, are fed to following processes of calcining or dead
burning, or electric fusing or directly sold to customers.
LARGE CRYSTAL FUSED MAGNESITE
Large Crystal Fused Magnesite is produced in electric arc furnace
by fusing 91%-92% MgO with 0mm-3mm size, which is featured
with high purity, big crystalline, dense structure, good slag
resistance, and good stability against thermal chocks. It is a good
high-temperature electrical insulating material as well as major
raw material in making high grade magnesia brick, magnesia
carbon brick, and magnesia monolithic refractories.
↵FUSED MAGNESITE
Fused Magnesite is produced in electric arc furnace by fusing
>47% raw magnesite, which is featured with high purity, big
crystalline, dense structure,good slag resistance, and good
stability against thermal chocks. It is a good high-temperature
electroinsulating material as well as major raw material in making
high grade magnesia brick, magnesia carbon brick, and magnesia
monolithic refractories.
↵HIGH-PURITY DEAD BURNED MAGNESITE
Is made from finely selected super grade-A raw magnesite through
processes of floatation concentration, calcination, milling,
briquetting, and sintering in ultra-high temperature oil shaft kilns.
It is the excellent material for making magnesia brick and
magnesia monolithic refractories.
↵MIDDLE-GRADE DEAD BURNED MAGNESITE
Middle-grade Dead Burned Magnesite is produced from caustic
calcined magnesite with 95% MgO content by pressing ball and
calcining in high temperature shaft kiln. The products are
sintered well and crystallized. They are high quality raw materials
for producing middle-grade magnesite refractory products.
DEAD BURNED MAGNESITE
Is made from selected raw magnesite through sintering in shaft
kilns at high temperature. It is the ideal material for making
magnesia monolithic refractories that are used in the bottom of
open-hearth furnace or electric arch furnace or rammed as lining
of the furnaces.
CAUSTIC CALCINED MAGNESITE
Is made from raw magnesite through calcination in reverberatory
furnace or gas suspension calciner or fluid bed furnaces. This
product is featured with even calcination, stable quality, high
purity, and good activity, thus is widely used in fields of paper
making, pharmaceutical industry as well as animal husbandry,
refractory, and building material industries, etc.
CAUSTIC CALCINCE MAGNESITE BRIQUETTE
is made available through briquetting calcined magnesite powder.
It is the proper material to support the Nitrogen Converter Lining
Protection Technology by Slag Splashing so as to enhance the
service life of steel converters.
FIRE CLAY
Fire Clay is a mixture of refractory clay and clay clinker (or waste
clay brick). It is also knowned as refractory fire clay. Clinker can
be substituted partly or entirely by sand, silica, lime mudstone and
so on. Sometimes a small amount of sodium silicate is added to
form an adhesive.Building kilns are used as cementing materials
for laying clay refractory bricks.
REPAIRING MIX FOR CONVERTER
The main raw material is high quality magnesite.By adding the
modified pitch, flowing agent, sintered agent and other special
additives,the product has good ductility,fast sintering under
high-temperature. And it is suitable for repairing large area in the
front and back of converter. It is also suitable for repairing the
steel-tapping hole.
↵CASTABLE FOR LADLE
Castable for Ladle is made from bauxite, fused corundum and
high purity magnesite.It has good corrosion resisteance,
convenient working, long service life and low refractory
consumption of producing one ton steel.
