Fire Clay is a mixture of refractory clay and clay clinker (or waste clay brick). It is also knowned as refractory fire clay. Clinker can be substituted partly or entirely by sand, silica, lime mudstone and so on. Sometimes a small amount of sodium silicate is added to form an adhesive.Building kilns are used as cementing materials for laying clay refractory bricks.
